Thanks San Antonio

I just wanted to drop you all a note of thanks. Over the last few days, I have been overwhelmed with emails of support. Thanks to Sonya, Vanessa, Liz, Lisa, Stephanie, Rene, Sebastian, Crystal and many others who wrote such kind words. As I move on to a new chapter in my life, I wanted to take a moment and tell everyone in San Antonio, just how much you and this city have meant to me.

The last four years as a Spur have been terrific. Everyone here has treated me great and I have such a bond with you all. I hope to come back often and hope that you will continue to stay in touch with me! I will continue to post my columns this coming season from Portland.

Portland is a really good opportunity for me. The team management has been great and I already have a friend there in DA. I look forward to playing with Derek again and finding my spot on the team. It should be a very exciting year for us. The Blazers have a lot of talent and have been one of the top teams in the West.

I also wanted to thank all of the kids, parents and coaches who participated in my basketball camp this summer. We had a great two weeks of camp! I personally had a great time and really enjoyed the enthusiasm of the kids. There are some camp pictures up on the website with more to come. Check out the pictures here
