Update from DC
November 28, 2007

Hello everyone! I hope you had a good Thanksgiving and a good start to the NBA season. It came up fast and I wanted to get back to writing updates. Our family is doing great. Jada is growing everyday and is as smart as ever! We are enjoying life in DC.

Last summer was really great for my family and me. I changed my workout routine and worked out with Jesse James Leija. He is cool but man; I never knew boxing was so hard! It is tough and I got one heck of a workout. I boxed three times a week over the summer and added that to my workout schedule. I felt really ready for this season!

The Wizards started slowly this season but have gone 7-3 in our last ten. It has been tough without Gilbert but we have all stepped up to make up the slack. Caron and Antawn scored big together Monday in Dallas and are leading the way. All the guys are kicking it up a notch and feel we can do well as a team. The East is a lot tougher this year too. It’s not just Boston, several teams improved so we need to be at our best all year. Tonight we have the Spurs in SA. We know they are the champs and so you can look for a good game tonight. It is good to get home to San Antonio during the season too and see some family.
